TRE HOLDINGS CORPORATION has established the following “Basic Policy Regarding Anti-Social Forces,” which all officers and employees of the Group shall comply with in order to ensure the appropriateness and safety of our business operations.

1. 1. We will respond to antisocial forces on an organization-wide level and ensure the safety of all personnel involved in such responses.
2. 2. In preparation to address unreasonable demands by anti-social forces, we will maintain close cooperative relationships on an ongoing basis with external specialized agencies such as the police, National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and legal professionals.
3. 3. We will reject all relationships with anti-social forces, including business relationships.
4. 4. We will take legal action, both civil and criminal, in response to unreasonable demands by anti-social forces.
5. 5. We will never engage in underground transactions with or provide funding to anti-social forces.
