Businesses and Net Sales

With the TRE Group’s three main businesses: the Waste Treatment & Recycling Business, Resource Recycling Business, and Renewable Energy Business, we are working to achieve our vision of a circular economy by developing an Environmental Engineering Business and Environmental Consulting Business, as well as promoting cross-linked collaboration between the waste management industry and other industries.

Deepening Environmental Problems Driving Continued Growth in the Environmental Industry

With environmental challenges intensifying and momentum for resource recycling and carbon neutrality building, the environmental industry is attracting increasing attention. TRE HOLDINGS’ Three Strengths

Extensive scale and broad-ranging waste treatment capabilities made possible by operations at over 60 sites

As a “waste management platform” operating primarily in Japan’s Kanto region, which is home to numerous manufacturing sites, we offer wide-ranging services from diverse waste treatment proposals to final landfill disposal. We also use our business scale to support recovery efforts in disaster-affected areas.

Societal trust as a listed company on the TSE Prime Market

TRE HOLDINGS CORPORATION is one of the few Japanese waste management companies listed on a public stock exchange. Leveraging this societal trust, we are pursuing collaborative demonstration projects with a number of companies outside the waste management industry.

Future-oriented capital investment and technological development

We are investing in equipment to enhance our waste plastic recycling capabilities and establishing processing technologies in anticipation of the mass disposal of solar panels expected in coming years.
We are also focusing on developing new technologies for carbon neutrality, such as carbon capture and utilization (CCU) and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technologies, in collaboration with university research institutions.
